I’m Sinziana Iordache, a Toronto-based hyperrealist artist with over 15 years of drawing experience.

My art revolves around celebrating details, inviting viewers to pause and notice elements often overlooked.

With a background in architecture and interior design, my ongoing horology and macro series blend the precision of technical drawings with the artistic finesse of fine art.

The love of portraits and face study was first to bring the attention to intricate hyperrealist works, including luxury watch art drawings. For almost 10 years the focus was on human form, and the uniqueness of each individual. Exposure to design and architecture has broadened the interest in a way that challenges, inspires and allows for constant improvement in technical abilities.

While I specialize primarily in graphite, there is always a sense of exploration. Quite often my works will contain traces of coloured pencils, gels or paint that complement graphite, adding depth and dimension to each piece.
