My admiration for vintage Cartier is no secret. This 1950s Helm model, also known as the Gouvernail, features a case design inspired by the shape of a ship’s wheel.

This drawing is part of an ongoing personal sketchbook project that features watches with unique cases. Most of the watches featured in this project are unique vintage pieces and appeal to my love for shapes and textures.
